I’m gonna make one long ride so wish me luck. I also start school tomorrow after 17 years of working. Gasp, I’m nervous.

Here on I’m gonna be a better blogger and train harder. I blog from my iPhone. And English is my second languish, so excuse me if I miss spell some words. I hope you anderstand anyway.

I’m gonna make a promise to my self and you. Train hard at least 4times a week. No matter the weather.

My ride today was extremely tuff.
It was very warm and sunny. about 27 degrees.

I have never before felt so exhausted after only 38 km.
I drank almost 2 liters of water during my ride. But i guess that wasn’t enough.
Tomorrow i try again :-)

Im bitten, i just love this. And the results i get from using MotionX-GPS is amazing and it motivates me.

Biking whit my kids

To day i went for a biking trip whit my boys Rasmus and Oliver.
I had to make sure i where fit for training. I was :-)

We cycled a total of 40 km in a very slow tempo in the beautiful weather this day had to offer.
Unfortunately diddnt track todays training.

3 days to go

After 4 days of doing nothing except feeling sorry for my self and my strained muscle, i just can´t wait to get on my bike.
But the doctor said rest so i must rest.

That make me think… I have been doing nothing to get in shape in 35 years.
After only 3 weeks of cycling i´m hooked. Was it really that easy to lift my self from the couch and start training?
Probably.
Just do it… They are right :-)

I´m going to rest for about 3 more days, then i´ll hit the road again.
The weather next week looks amazing, i really hope the whether forecast is right.
